On Thursdays, November 7, 14, and 21 from 6:30 to 8:00 in the evening, we will offer a community education course at Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Florida. This will be the third time we have taught it.
The course is designed for people considering hiking the Camino. It is full of practical advice.
Of the previous 25 participants, 10 have subsequently walked the Camino.
Register for the class through this Santa Fe College website. Here is the link.
Our tentative agenda is:
Where and What is the Camino
Why walk the Camino
Can you do it? Really?
Planning Your Camino: Part 1
Planning your Camino: Part 2
Customizing your Camino to Fit You
A panel of former participants in the class who have walked it "their way" will answer your questions.
Registration is now open. Here is the link.
Reading from the Beginning to the End
If you'd prefer to read about our Camino trips from their beginning points to our return, rather than blog-style . . . from the most recent post backwards in time . . . go to the section labeled Our Caminos.
